Dayara Bugyal Trek
Overview
If you seek a Swiss Alps-like experience in India, the Dayara Bugyal trekking tour is the best option in the Himalayas. This high-altitude trekking trail route is with fewer difficulties. You will trek in Alpine forest as seen in Switzerland with snow on them. Trekking here in winter is the best time to see the blankets of snow everywhere. You can get one of the breathtaking glimpses of the Mighty Himalayas in the Gharwal Region of Uttarkashi District in Uttarakhand. A 7-days trekking trip is necessary to enjoy the Alpine Meadows, snow, mountain ranges, peaks, and valleys. It is preferred for recreational, adventure, and snow sports activities. Dayara Bugyal coordinates are 30.8383656°North and 78.5550349°East.
Mountain Peaks and Ranges
It will be blessed to see the 2nd highest mountain peak in India, the Nanda Devi Mountain Peak 25,646-ft AMSL. You will see this peak while halfway reaching Dayara Bugyal. The other visible Himalayan ranges and peaks are Bandarpunch along with white and black peaks 20,722-ft AMSL and Swargarohini 20,495-ft AMSL. Altogether, you will see the vast views of the Majestic Himalayas on the Gharwal Region. The mountain ranges above 15,000-ft are snow-fed throughout the year. It is why many tourists and nature lovers visit here by trekking in all seasons except the rainy season or during the Monsoon rain in India. By reaching here, you will feel the Himalayas are Mother Nature’s wonder.
Nature Trek
Once you started to trek, your eyes will be rolling here and there, and you might stop to take photos and videos of this mountainous region. You will trek through the Deodar forest in the beginning. However, your eye soothes you by seeing Rhododendron trees with pink and red color flowers. They are very dense here such that it looks exotic with a lush green background, snow-capped mountains, and rocky mountain terrain. As you reach a higher altitude, you can feel the Swiss Alps feel in Dayara Bugyal. The Alpine trees will be snow-covered. You might feel like a Christmas celebration happening in Norway and Iceland. You will sight some of the Himalayan goats and birds, which are present here in all seasons.
Short Itinerary:
*Day 1: Drive from Dehradun to Raithal (160 km a day).
Day 2: Trek from Raithal – Gui 4km (4 hours).
Day 3: Trek from Gui - to Dayara Bugyal and back.12km (up and down).
Day 4: Trek from Gui to Raithal and back to Dehradun (4 km trek & 180 km drive).
Price Inclusion
For the duration of your trek, you will be staying in hotels and camps from day one to departure day.
Meals: From the first supper to the departure day morning, all meals are included. We offer easy, nutritious vegetarian food on all days of the trek.
Transportation: We will provide round-trip transportation from pick up point and drop point.
Camping fees: Both trekking permits and woodland camping fees are included in the price.
All of the camps will provide you with high-quality tents and sleeping bags for your trek. We have high-altitude sleeping bags that can withstand temperatures as low as -10°C. Ropes, microspikes, and gaiters are all available.
Price Exclusion
Expenses for personal reasons: For instance, during the trek, personal bags must be transported.
Emergency Costs: Any expense arises as a result of any kind of emergency

> Cancellation charges are based on the total trek fee, irrespective of the amount paid either full or partial.
> The cancellation policy is based on the original booking time and original start date of the trek.
> Before 30 days: 90% of the total Land Package Cost is refundable
> Between 21-30 days: 75% of the total Land Package Cost is refundable.
> Between 11-20 days: 50% of the total Land Package Cost is refundable.
> Less than 10 days: No refund.
Trek cancellation due to weather:
> In case of an incomplete trek due to weather conditions, one can opt for the same trek again throughout their lifetime on all our fixed departure for the same trek.
> This attempt only covers the trek fee and will not include any rentals or the transportation amount paid earlier.
